Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. This right allows you to return the product to us and receive a refund or a credit note without any penalties. However, please note that shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.

Conditions for Product Returns

To ensure your return is accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

• Unused Condition: The product must not have been worn.

• Original Packaging: The jewelry must retain its small reference tag and be in its original packaging. This includes any reference tags, plastic bags, or pouches that came with the product.

Please be aware that if the jewelry does not meet these conditions, particularly if it lacks original packaging or the reference tag, we cannot issue a refund or store credit.

Refund Process

• Payment Method: Refunds will be processed exclusively to the bank card used for the original purchase.

• Discount Purchases: If the product was purchased using a discount code, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount was applied.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us within one hour of placing it. Please send an email to info@karramele.com with your full name and order number included, and we will process your cancellation request promtly.
